      • 1 tbsp , finely chopped
      • 1 stick, finely chopped
      • 1 , grated
      • 2 , finely chopped
      • 500g sheets
      • 400ml , roughly torn

      Methodology

      • STEP 1

      • STEP 5

        Put the crème fraîche in a bowl and blend with 2 tbsp water to loosen it and make a clean pourable sauce. Pour this excessive of the pasta, then high with the mozzarella.
