This gluten-free one-pan-wonder is the proper mixture of cookie dough, chocolate chunks and peanut butter. Yum!
Components
- 200g butter, chopped
- 125ml honey or maple syrup
- 200ml almond meal
- 1 tsp gluten-free baking powder
- 1/2 tsp floor cinnamon
- 1 egg, overwhelmed
- 3 tbs crunchy peanut butter or almond butter
- 100g darkish chocolate, roughly chopped
Technique
Step 1.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Step 2.
Soften the butter and honey or maple syrup in a SMALL ovenproof frying pan. Take away from warmth and go away to chill barely, then stir within the almond meal, baking powder, vanilla and cinnamon. Whisk within the egg to kind a batter.
Step 3.
Dollop the peanut butter over the batter and scatter over the chocolate items, then switch the pan to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or till golden brown and crispy on the surface.
Step 4.
Serve heat in the midst of the desk for everybody to share.
