Tremendous easy and low-carb, this keto-friendly omelette wrap is ideal for a fast meal.
Elements
- 4 massive eggs
- 2 tbsp blended seeds
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 4 slices cooked ham
- 1/2 orange pepper, sliced
- 30 g rocket leaves
- 2 tbsp creme fraiche
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- salt
- freshly floor black pepper
Technique
Step 1.
Beat the eggs with the seeds and a giant pinch of salt and black pepper.
Step 2.
Warmth just a few drops of oil in a non-stick frying pan. Pour in 1 / 4 of the egg combination and swirl to coat the bottom of the pan.
