This easy lunch dish is a good way of getting youngsters aged 5-9 concerned within the kitchen

    • Components

      • 2 , ends trimmed off
      • 4 , defrosted
      • 1 , halved with the ends minimize off
      • 2slices of ham
      • 100gfeta cheese
      • 4eggs

      Methodology

      • STEP 1

        Ask a grown-up helper to modify the oven on to 180C/ 160C fan/fuel 4. Snip or minimize up the spring onions and put them in a bowl. Add the peas to the bowl.

      • STEP 2

        Grate the courgette utilizing your rotary grater, one half at a time, then add it to the bowl.

      • STEP 3
