Gluten-free frittata with salmon, tomatoes and chives

On the lookout for some midweek meal inspiration? Do that fast and wholesome salmon, tomato and chive frittata for a hump day deal with.

Components

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 giant eggs
  • 4 slices smoked salmon
  • 1 tomato, minimize into wedges
  • 1 tbsp chives, chopped

Methodology

Step 1.
Preheat the grill. Whereas the grill is warming, warmth the butter in a small frying pan. Evenly beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Step 2.
Pour the combination into the frying pan and prepare dinner over a medium warmth till it begins to set across the exterior. Use a spatula to attract the perimeters of the omelette into the centre then tilt the pan to fill the gaps with extra liquid egg.

Step 3.
Repeat the method till the highest of the omelette is nearly set, then end it off with 1 minute beneath the grill.

Step 4.
Prepare the smoked salmon and tomato on prime, then sprinkle with chives.

Serves 1
