Cook dinner up a wickedly wholesome breakfast filled with flavour and goodness, with this contemporary twist on an outdated traditional.
Components
- 2 skinny slices sourdough bread
- 1 giant egg, crushed
- 1 tsp Bioglan Acai + Berry Powder
- ½ cup almond milk or coconut milk
- Coconut oil
Toppings
- Contemporary berries
- Pinch floor ginger
- Shredded coconut
- Walnuts, crushed
- Honey or maple syrup
Technique
Step 1.
In a small bowl whisk collectively the egg, milk and acai + berry powder.
Step 2.
Soak the bread within the egg combination for a couple of minutes till nicely coated.
Step 3.
Warmth a bit of coconut oil in a fry pan over medium warmth, add bread to the pan and prepare dinner on either side for a couple of minutes till evenly golden brown.
Step 4.
Take away from the warmth and high with recent berries, ginger, coconut, walnuts, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
