Chorizo & mozzarella gnocchi bake

Improve tacky tomato pasta with gnocchi, chorizo and mozzarella for a comforting bake that makes a superb midweek meal

      • 1 tbsp , finely chopped
      • 2 , crushed
      • 120g , diced
      • 2 x 400g cans chopped ball, lower into chunks

      Technique

      • STEP 1

        Warmth the oil in a medium pan over a medium warmth. Fry the onion and garlic for 8-10 minutes till comfortable. Add the chorizo and fry for five minutes extra.
