- 100g (2/3 cup) contemporary strawberries, sliced
- 50 ml coconut yoghurt
- 75 ml pure pomegranate juice
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 4 cubes ice
- 1 tbs goji berries
- 2 tbs dried apple, snipped into bite-sized items
- 2 tbs dried strawberries
- 1 tbs vegan darkish chocolate, grated
- 1 tbs puffed quinoa
Methodology
Step 1.
Put the contemporary strawberries, coconut yoghurt, pomegranate juice, agave syrup and ice cubes in a liquidiser. Mix for 1 minute or till easy, then pour right into a bowl.
Step 2.
Embellish the highest with the remainder of the components and serve right away.
