This nutrient dense vegan smoothie bowl is bound to maintain you going till lunch! Begin your morning proper with this blast of flavour and color.

Elements

  • 100g (2/3 cup) contemporary strawberries, sliced
  • 50 ml coconut yoghurt
  • 75 ml pure pomegranate juice
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • 4 cubes ice
  • 1 tbs goji berries
  • 2 tbs dried apple, snipped into bite-sized items
  • 2 tbs dried strawberries
  • 1 tbs vegan darkish chocolate, grated
  • 1 tbs puffed quinoa

Methodology

Step 1.
Put the contemporary strawberries, coconut yoghurt, pomegranate juice, agave syrup and ice cubes in a liquidiser. Mix for 1 minute or till easy, then pour right into a bowl.
