Sally Obermeder's Acai What You Did There Smoothie Bowl

Improve your breakfast with this scrumptious bowl of berry goodness from Sally Obermeder. Sprinkle along with your fave wholesome toppings and also you’re good to go.

Substances

  • 220 g (1 cup) frozen combined berries

Chia Pudding Layer

  • 250ml (1 cup) unsweetened coconut milk (carton selection)
  • 2 tbs desiccated (shredded) coconut
  • 3 tbs chia seeds
  • 2 tsp stevia

Acai Layer

  • 100g frozen acai berries

Technique

Step 1.
Put all of the components for the chia pudding in a mixing bowl and stir effectively to mix. Cowl with plastic wrap and go away to set within the fridge for 3 to 4 hours or, higher but, in a single day.

Step 2.
Roughly chop the combined berries and mash with a fork. Put the berries as the bottom layer on the backside of two jars (or glasses). Spoon the chia pudding over the bottom layer.

Step 3.
Mix the frozen acai berries in a meals processor or blender and layer over the chia pudding.

Step 4.
Garnish along with your desired toppings. Attempt millet puffs, desiccated or shredded coconut, recent blueberries and mint leaves.

Serves 2
