Do one thing completely different with a pack of tortellini. This filling soup is stuffed with fibre and veg, plus it is low in fats. The proper lunch or supper
- Prep:5 minutes
- Cook dinner:25 minutes
- 1 tbsp chopped
- 1 finely chopped
- 1l and beans
- 250g pack (we used spinach and ricotta)
- handful of (optionally available)
- grated parmesan(or vegetarian various), to serve
- STEP 1
Warmth oil in a pan. Fry the carrots and onion for five minutes till beginning to soften. Add the inventory and tomatoes, then simmer for 10 minutes. Add the peas and beans with 5 minutes to go.
- STEP 2
As soon as veg is tender, stir within the pasta. Return to the boil and simmer for two minutes till the pasta is simply cooked. Stir within the basil, if utilizing. Season, then serve in bowls topped with a sprinkling of Parmesan and slices of garlic bread.
