A fast and simple summery salad – superb for serving with a barbecue unfold

- 1 bunch , crushed
- 1 , seeded and finely chopped
- 2 x 400g cans , drained and rinsed
- 1 can ofbutter beans
- 6 tbspolive oil
- 2 tbspwhite wine vinegar
- a lot ofchopped parsley
- STEP 1
Finely chop the spring onions and put right into a bowl with the garlic and the chilli. Combine within the cannellini beans and the butter beans. Whisk the olive oil with the white wine vinegar and add loads of seasoning. Stir by the salad with loads of chopped parsley.
