You’ll be bouncing away from bed for this wholesome protein-packed breakfast that’s certain to maintain you going all morning.

Elements

  • 4 eggs, flippantly whisked
  • 1 tsp Bioglan Collagen Bone Broth powder blended with ¼ cup sizzling water, let cool barely
  • 1 gentle pink chilli, seeds eliminated and thinly sliced (or chilli flakes) (non-compulsory)
  • ¼ bunch parsley or coriander, chopped, reserve some for serving
  • 1 tbs further virgin olive oil
  • 1 small avocado, pores and skin and pip eliminated and diced
  • Salt and pepper, to style

Methodology

Step 1.
Whisk the eggs, bone broth combination, half the chilli, parsley or coriander, salt and pepper collectively in a bowl.

Step 2.
Warmth olive oil in a medium sized frying pan, add the egg combination and gently push the egg combination round with a spoon for a couple of minutes till the eggs are cooked to your liking.

Step 3.
Take away from the warmth and gently fold the avocado by way of the egg combination.

Step 4.
Divide between two plates and high with further herbs and remaining chilli.
