Do this spin on a fish pie and high with gnocchi as an alternative of standard mashed potato. It takes simply half-hour to make so is ideal for a balanced household meal

- 350g , or a mixture of salmon, smoked haddock and prawns
- 4 , sliced
- 1 tbsp , or 1/2 tbsp finely chopped tarragon

- STEP 1
Put the gnocchi in a deep ovenproof frying pan and canopy with boiling water and a pinch of salt. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then drain and depart to steam-dry.
