- 2 slices white bread
- 2 tbs olive oil

Methodology
Step 1.
Preheat the oven to 190°C (170 fan). Whereas the oven is heating, brush the bread with oil on either side then lower off and discard the crusts. Reduce the bread into cubes and unfold them out on a baking tray. Bake the croutons for five – 8 minutes or till crisp and golden. Switch to a wire rack to chill.
