- ¼ cup flaxseeds
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tbs hemp seeds
- 1 tbs sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds

Contemporary salsa

Lemon & Ginger Infused Water
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1 tsp Bioglan Marine Collagen powder
- 1-4 slices of lemon
- 1 tsp ginger, peeled and grated
Technique
Step 1.
To make the tomato salsa, mix all components in a small bowl, modify seasoning to go well with. Put aside within the fridge.
Step 2.
Preheat oven to 160C and line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
Step 3.
In a big bowl, mix the entire seed components, besides the water. Add a small quantity of water at a time till the combination comes collectively. Let stand for five to 10 minutes.
Step 4.
Unfold the seed combination in a skinny layer over the baking paper and rating cracker shapes within the combination.
Step 5.
Place within the oven for 30 to 45 minutes or till evenly golden. Let cool on the tray and break into crackers. Serve the crackers with salsa.
Step 6.
To make the lemon and ginger water, mix water and collagen powder in a tall glass and blend effectively. Add remaining components to the glass and stir.
