Straight from the tropics to your kitchen, this superfood fruit salad is loaded with the basic combo of lime, mint and coconut.
Substances
- ¼ rockmelon, pores and skin eliminated, diced
- ½ punnet strawberries, tops eliminated, reduce in half
- 1 punnet blueberries
- ½ pineapple, pores and skin and core eliminated, diced
Topping
- ½ cup toasted coconut flakes
- ¼ tsp turmeric, powder
- 1 tbs Bioglan Natural Chia Seeds
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tsp lime zest
- Contemporary mint leaves
Technique
Step 1.
In a bowl, mix toasted coconut flakes, turmeric, chia seeds, lime zest and juice and mint.
Step 2.
In a separate bowl, mix rockmelon, pineapple, strawberries and blueberries.
Step 3.
Toss each fruit salads collectively in a bowl and serve.
