Serve up dinner for 2 with these straightforward pork chops, mustardy butter beans and spinach. It makes an awesome midweek meal and delivers three of your 5-a-day

      • 2 tbsp , finely sliced
      • 1 , crushed
      • 400g can , drained and rinsed
      • 100mlchicken inventory
      • 200gspinach
      • 3 tbspcrème fraîche
      • ½ tbspwholegrain mustard
      • 2pork chops

      Methodology

      • STEP 1

        Warmth 1 tbsp of the oil in a saucepan. Add the onion and fry over a medium warmth for 10 minutes, or till softened. Add the garlic and prepare dinner for 1 min. Stir by the butter beans and inventory and convey to a simmer. Add the spinach. Cowl and prepare dinner for 3 minutes or till the spinach is wilted.
