- 1 , crushed
- 400g can , drained and rinsed
- 100mlchicken inventory
- 200gspinach
- 3 tbspcrème fraîche
- ½ tbspwholegrain mustard
- 2pork chops
- STEP 1
Warmth 1 tbsp of the oil in a saucepan. Add the onion and fry over a medium warmth for 10 minutes, or till softened. Add the garlic and prepare dinner for 1 min.
